Delete your data

How to ask

Write to contacto@gudsoop.com with the subject “Delete my data”, from the email address you contacted us with. If you contacted us from another address or by phone, include it so we can find your data.

What we delete

• Your identification and contact details, and your answers when booking.
• The recording of your call, if there is one.
• If you are a client: your onboarding brief and the files you uploaded.
• Anything we received from you through Meta ads or apps (Facebook or Instagram).

What remains, and for how long

Only backup copies, for up to 30 days. After that they are deleted too.

When we reply

Within the LFPDPPP's time limits and, if you are in the United States, within 45 days at most. We confirm by email once your data is deleted.
