In summary
Gudsoop collects the data an individual provides when booking a call, and information about how the site is used. It uses that data to prepare the call and follow up on it; it does not sell it or share it for advertising. Only the providers that run its systems process it: Google, Cloudflare and Odoo. The data is kept for as long as there is a business relationship or commercial interest between Gudsoop and the individual, and is deleted at the individual's request, sent to contacto@gudsoop.com. Each point is detailed below.
Recent changes
- September 25, 2026 — It describes that, before a booked call, Gudsoop consults public professional information about the individual and their company to prepare for it, and contacts the individual to confirm, reschedule or follow up on that call; the sentence accepted when booking now says so (sections 2 and 3). The notice is written in a formal register, and a section on the party responsible for the data is added (section 1). It explains that calls are recorded only with the consent requested out loud at the start, and that Gemini may generate notes that are turned off at the individual's request (section 3); that the data is used for the booked call and its follow-up and for no other purpose (section 3); Odoo's company enrichment service, which receives only the email domain (section 4); that deletion includes the recording and its notes, that some copies remain in backups for up to 30 days, and that emails already sent cannot be recalled (sections 5 and 6); and exactly what the site stores in the browser (section 8).
1. Party responsible for personal data
The party responsible for personal data is Gudsoop. Any matter concerning personal data may be addressed to contacto@gudsoop.com.
2. Personal data collected
When a call is booked on this site, the form, operated by Gudsoop, collects: name, email address, company or brand, phone number (optional), the email addresses of any invited guests, the chosen time, the language, and the answers to five questions about the brand (category, sales channels, current situation, number of ads per month and who produces them, the lead offer, and who approves decisions). The latter are optional except where indicated.
Above the confirm button, the page states that by booking, the individual accepts this notice, including being contacted about the call and its preparation with public professional information; that sentence is kept verbatim, together with the moment of acceptance and the language, alongside the call details, so the terms under which it was given can be shown.
Before a booked call: to prepare for it, Gudsoop consults public professional information about the individual and their company, such as their role, the company they work for, their public professional profile (for example, LinkedIn) and the company's website. Information about their personal life is never consulted or recorded. If a search turns up another person with the same name, that is noted as such and is not mixed with the individual's data. This consultation is not carried out if the individual objects by writing to contacto@gudsoop.com.
While the site is browsed, Google Analytics records the pages visited, the type of device and where the visit came from. Gudsoop does not request data about the individual's customers or patients, and asks that it not be included in the form.
3. Purposes of processing
- Scheduling, preparing and holding the call: the event is created on Gudsoop's Google Calendar and Google sends the invitation with the Meet link; the team receives an internal email with the information provided and, fifteen minutes before the call, a reminder is sent to the individual and their guests from contacto@gudsoop.com.
- At the start of the call, consent to record it is requested out loud. If it is not given, the call is not recorded. With consent, the recording is kept, and Google Gemini may transcribe it and generate notes, which are kept with the call details for follow-up. If the individual prefers that no notes be generated, it is enough to say so at the start.
- Contacting the individual by email or, if they provided one, by phone, to confirm, reschedule or follow up on the call they booked.
- Recording the request in the customer management system (Odoo) to follow up on that call and, if the individual asks, to prepare a proposal.
- Understanding how the site is used, in order to improve it.
The data is not used for any other purpose. The individual may ask at any time for commercial follow-up to stop, by writing to contacto@gudsoop.com.
4. Third parties that process the data
Only the providers that run this site and Gudsoop's systems, which process the data on Gudsoop's behalf and under their own security measures:
- Google: Google Workspace (the calendar event, the internal email, and the call recording and notes) and Google Analytics.
- Cloudflare: runs this site. It keeps a record of the reminders sent, without the email address in readable form, and, only while delivery to Odoo is pending, a copy of the call details; both are deleted within 30 days at the latest.
- Odoo: the customer management system where the call is followed up. Its enrichment service, run by Odoo S.A., can fill in a company's public details only when a team member deliberately requests it for a record: only the domain of the email address is sent — never the full address, the name or any other data — and only if it is a company domain; a personal address (gmail, hotmail and the like) is never sent. It never runs automatically or in the background, and it is not used if the individual so requests.
Within Gudsoop, the data is accessible to its team. Gudsoop does not sell the information or share it with third parties for advertising.
5. Retention period
For as long as there is a business relationship or commercial interest between Gudsoop and the individual. If the individual requests deletion sooner, the data is deleted, including the call recording and its notes.
6. Rights of the individual
The individual may access their data, correct it, cancel it or object to its processing (ARCO rights), withdraw consent, and limit its use or disclosure. Requests are sent to contacto@gudsoop.com and state the individual's name, the email address used and what is being requested. They are answered within the deadlines set by Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
When data is deleted, it is removed from the systems Gudsoop works with. Some copies remain in backups for up to 30 days and are destroyed when they expire. Emails already sent — the invitation and the reminder — remain in the individual's inbox and cannot be recalled; Gudsoop's copy is deleted.
7. Individuals in the United States
The same terms apply. Individuals may request to know what personal data is held about them, and to correct or delete it, by writing to contacto@gudsoop.com; a response is issued within 45 days. Gudsoop does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
8. Cookies and browser storage
- Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits.
- The site stores the chosen language in the browser, to show pages in that language on later visits.
- When Gudsoop grants access to its private gallery, a cookie keeps that access for up to 30 days.
No other cookies or third-party trackers are used. Cookies can be blocked or deleted from the browser.
9. Security
Data is protected with the security measures of the providers that run this site and Gudsoop's systems. No transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
10. Changes to this notice
Any change to this notice is published on this page with its date and recorded under "Recent changes". Questions may be sent to contacto@gudsoop.com.
